I'm feeling much better today... This morning I was still very disconnected.

But as they day has gone on I'm starting feel, not sure what.. There is still some anger there but it's shifting.

I've managed to find the strength to get rid of all that may have been contributing to this sudden drop.

I know I'm still ill but why I don't have any triggers around I can learn to focus on getting better and living a normal life.
Thanks for this!

I'm glad you're feeling better. I agree, it's so much easier when there aren't any triggers. Take it easy today and be good to yourself.
Thanks for this!
