I was rather overwhelmed last night also. I tend to crash and burn in Saturday nights too. I hope everyone feels better today.

Hi I am new here and I am feeling overwhelmed also. Although it is just gone 04.30am here, I just managed to register with this forum. I really don't know what to say…I guess I feel lost. Diagnosed in 2010 after over 15years.

Following my diagnosis I undertook a year long DBT programme. For me… it did not help. However, I know it has helped many others. I feel intense internal pain, lost many friends, have isolated myself a lot.

I must try to get some sleep, I hope this forum will help me and that maybe I can contribute something too, in time.

Are any other people in similar timezone to me?

Me too. I don't want to be at work but I need the structure of a work day. I look forward to my days off but then...what? What do I do? I have, literally, nothing to do. I always think that I'll have something: go to a meetup, go for a walk, have a Doctor Who marathon (I'm a geek, yes, and I have a whole season to catch up on), get some Starbucks and go to Barnes and Noble or to the mall. But I can never manage to get out of my pajamas. Pity too, because I've impulsively purchased all these cute clothes that I'm now paying off; I might as well wear them somewhere. Even if I don't have any friends to go out with.

Anyway.

Weekends suck. And Misskeena, I have been thru the Starbucks drive-thru in my pajamas. It may be my only outing tomorrow, and God forbid I go without my mocha. Chocolate and caffeine together, yum. I feel like crap.
