I am again changing staff at mental health this is only like the 4th time its happened.

I got moved over to a new team that means new faces new names and new time being spent together...I am apprehensive and unsure new people to trust I am not looking forward to this change. I don't do well with new people they seemed nice enough but looks can be deceiving.

I can relate to your fustration's of change in the mental health system . I have had changes as well , just as you get your confidence to express yourself to someone , they are ready to move you on to someone else . It's not easy to open yourself up like a book to anyone , also hate having going through the whole story to someone new again . hope you find your answers to the new change of team in your recovery .

I too can totally relate to this, you begin trusting, opening up and then the therapist says…well, I am leaving and you will be seeing someone new. Great! Once again trying to trust, to open up…

Abandonment…
