Ok, really tense and anxious right about now. My brother is hanging around, making me nervous. Trucks on the highway making me jumpy. Can't stop fidgeting. Chest feels tight.

This should be on the anxiety forum, I'm sure. But I'm too new to that one.

Feeling dizzy. Trying to just breathe. I hate paranoia.

Anxiety and paranoia are part of BPD along with everything else. Isn't nice to basically be a mixmatch of everything. Your post is just fine right here. I don't know what to tell you. Take a walk or do something to distract you from those feelings. It will pass too. I know that isn't much comfort when you're in the thick of it, but it is true regardless. I hope you are able to conquer your anxiety quickly.

Can't do anything. The two of us are watching a shop. Not getting along, either. I'm snapping at him, outright telling him to leave me alone. Nothing. He says he's not doing anything, and that's the problem.

Someone nearby just dropped a glass jar. Almost had heart failure. Now I'm even jumpier.

Do you have a pdoc? I wonder if you need klonopin or other anti anxiety for times like this. :/ IT would help a lot. Just a thought.

No. I don't. Can't afford one, there aren't any nearby. Don't want to take meds, either. I don't need them, especially since this isn't normal. Unless it becomes a regular thing, I'm not supplying meds I'll never need.

My sentences are more complete. Maybe I'm calming down.
Not ready to say anything, though. Not for sure.

I know that way-overstimulated anxious feeling all too well and I know it isn't pleasant. Breathing helps me if I have nothing else. When I was freaking the eff out while inpatient, one of the nurses taught me to "triangle breathe:" breathe in slowly through your nose for 3 counts, hold it for three counts, blow out slowly through your mouth for 3 counts. Sounded stupid to me until I tried it for a little bit and it really did help calm me down.
