I know we're all a little down and out around here and maybe a little sensitive right now. I just wanted to wish everyone a beautiful day. It's supposed to be in the 50s (auuuugghhh!) here in Michigan after so many days of being in the 30s and I'm really excited to maybe be able to open the windows for a while. Anyway, that's all. I hope, even if it's rainy and/or cold where you are, that you find a way to make it a beautiful day.

Please send some sunshine to Ireland misskeena
It's cold and windy but I have plenty to keep me warm and toasty. I mean plenty of blankets and heating etc. Sounded like I implied plenty of men to keep me warm and toasty!

Thanks for the warmth!

Haha, thanks. I kind of know Celsius but only as it pertains to body temperature.

I have the slider door to my balcony open. It's almost 50F right now. I like being able to air out my apartment and my cats are happy--they're sitting in front of the screen taking in the fresh air.

It reached 70 today, and I'm almost as far north as you are in Idaho! It's pleasant and I hope to head outside to start the spring cleanup soon, but my chores in the house come first!

Oh, my gosh! I hope that weather comes this way soon! My friend and I are going to a Tigers game in about two weeks for my birthday and I really want it to be warm for the game. If it is in the 50's we'll be okay, we'll just dress warmly. I'd prefer it to be closer to mid-60's or higher though. That would be beautiful.

I went outside to water a few plants. It's nice until the sun starts setting and then it gets chilly again. Most of the water for plants and such is from irrigation canals that are filled with snow melt water, and from what I understand, it won't be turned on until mid April at the earliest, when they feel the risk of frost is passed for the year. I hope it warms up enough for you.
