When people look at me, they seem to either glare, or they have these demented looks on their faces, and it's hard for me to picture someone looking happy without the dementia showing.
I'm positive I heard a door open on the other side of the highway yesterday, even though such a thing is impossible.
I keep snarling at inanimate objects. Specificly my 3DS, which seems to mad at me. I'm sure it's loading more slowly than normal on purpose.

How much of this sounds crazy? Ought I take this to the psychosis forum before my imaginary alien friends come to life?

How much of it do you think sounds out of the ordinary for you, Ultra?

Maybe post it to the psychosis forum as well, see what feedback you get over there.

Yeah. Plastic bags rustling one time, a whisper that sounded like "checkmate" another. I most often hear people talking behind closed doors, and I can't hear what's said, then I find out there's only one person in the room. I've heard little kids outside and never seen them too.

i'm always hearing something or seeing something. but the talking to inanimate objects is normal for me, haha. have always done that, always.

maybe the worrying about it makes it worse? i wouldn't stress out too much about it, as stress may trigger the audio hallucinations. husband says stress causes my visions, and he's probably right (for me, anyway) as i'm not stressed right now and don't see anything standing in the dining room like i usually do. except now i'm thinking about it and watching for it....hmmm...

as for hearing little kids and that sort of thing...do you live in an area where people don't have kids? because if you don't, kids are LOUD, i can hear the kids on the next street over from my bedroom so yeah.... also, how long have you lived where you do? i believe in haunted houses, haha, for serious. my grandparents' house is haunted, i swear. there's a freaking demon there...

It's hard to stop stressing when everything stresses you. The past few days especially, the tiniest things can send me into a five-second rage fit. I don't know if stress is related to this, since there isn't any appreciable increase in hearing things whether I'm stressed or not.

There are kids around here, but I can tell the difference between sounds that are nearby and ones that aren't by listening to how much it echoes.
I've lived here for the last 16 years. My family owns a haunted building (no joke), but I'm not always in or near it when I hear things.

Can't. Nearest therapist/pdoc is literally about a hundred miles away.
