Hi guys, sorry not been around lately.
I've been staying away as I was getting to lost in the illness and needed to remind myself that I am more then BPD. Things have been going great since I hit rock bottom. I've now decorating my 3rd room in the house. And I'm still not drinking wine  . Although still have the odd drink of cider or beer but not enough to get drunk or dangerously impulsive. Just wanted to check in and say hi... How are you doing? Hope you all have been okay?

Aww ultra
Buttercup that cold sucks we all had that  . And everyone else is okay . Yeah decorating going well... I've had a 3 day pause in the front room. Haha I was getting a little carried away. But it's nice after 4 years of living here on the blanc canvas I finally found some inspiration to decorate.

I been beating myself at my own games trying to stay away from the hospital and trying anything to stay positive...its one day at a time here...
