I don't know a lot about this disorder other than what I've researched on this website. This is kinda hard for me to accept as I already have been dxd with bipolar 2 and adhd. It makes sense as I'm super clingy though.
Just wondering best ways to cope and improve? My T suggested a book I'm going to check out. I've never found self help books very helpful though lol

Welcome to the forum. There are a lot of ppl here who truly care. What was the name of the book your T suggested? I'm always looking for a good read to help me along too.

"I hate you don't leave me" actually triggerred me off majorly .-.;' I think that's probably a tell-tale sign in itself.
