yes, that's hard, have been there. Other friends and fam too. I wish you well with the nicotine cravings. It's a habit you can kick but it's tough. Take care. Maybe you can think of something else to substitute that isn't bad for you but that you'd enjoy!

It is not a failure, only a set back. A failure is like when a runner falls within sight of the finish line and then never runs again. A setback is when that runner gets up, finishes the race, and begins to train for the next. Begin to train for the next race. Nicotine addiction is hard. I quit for over ten years, and then stumbled. I am training for my next race, my friend.
Thanks for this!

You can do it, maybe not today but you have tommorow and im sure you have a small tiny trashcan, what I would do I'd pull a cigarette one by one and each one either wetting them or breaking them each would be a reason why I should quit. It works and it makes you feel alot better too. Good luck and stay hopeful.
Thanks for this!

It's ok, just try again when you can! Just don't stop trying! I so wish I could stop.....I admire the fact you are even trying!

hub got these vaporizer thingies, and some menthol and other flavor. He had nicotine adjusted, it's the steam stuff. Not as bad I guess, not all the carcinogens. It's actually a good bit cheaper. I know some people use them to get off, some don't. That's his intent, to get off all together, because of medical, health, insurance, etc.

try e cigs. Nicotine without the carcinogens. it's vapor with nicotine. Taste pretty much like cigarettes too and you get the sensation of smoking as the vapor is very smoke like. That's my suggestion.
