Hello folks, this is a bit of an unusual thread, but thought it would be appropriate here since both groups were started by members of this forum. I am currently a member of a few social groups here in PC, but there are two that I would like to tell you about. They are both trying to get to 25 members, because when that happens, the social group gets its own forum.

First is the social group called Writer's Block. It was started by Ultra Darkness, and is pretty cool. Unlike the other writing groups, it is a place to share ideas and tips to overcome, you guessed it, writer's block. It is not specifically created to post your writing however. This group stands at 24 members (all we need is one), so please check it out.

The other social group is called Support and Advice for Job Seekers, and was started by Maranara. She has a lot of great ideas for those seeking employment both inside and outside of the home. Once we get the membership needed for a forum, there will be ideas for resume writing as well as critique of said documents. Even if your not currently looking for employment, you could always help those who are. Please check this one out as well. This group stands at 12 members, so we need a little more help in here.

Thanks so much.

Writer's block would have nothing to do with me at all. I will join in on Mara's group. I am blessed to be an RN and having a job is not a problem for me. I doubt I could even be much help to those that are seeking in this difficult market, as I have never been there. In fact, I have folks recruiting me on a regular basis. But, I will be happy to join so she can get her numbers up.

I joined writers block already but unfortunately I'm far from one that needs to look for a job anytime soon.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
