So many resentments today. I have to challenge these negative thoughts, and I do. The problem is I can't get my "thinking" parts to sync up with my "feeling" parts. The war inside of me has really got me on the edge this morning.

Yea, why can't they make an easy button to sync those things up.

That's just for you Georgia. I look at resentments as I'm giving someone free rent in my head. I know it's easier said than done to let them go, but I really must to try to be happy.

As for the head and the heart syncing up. It's hard, but if my head and heart are not agree, I know I'm in trouble. The one I follow...Well, that's a different story
Thanks for this!

It is hard to get the head and heart to sync up. Considering the polarity of the two. My logical brain is an emotionless twit and my emotional self well.. and emotional, illogical dork without enough sense to make rational decisions. Considering that they are not only different, they are on the extreme ends of things. :/

Sorry to hear it's getting the best of you today. *hugses*
Thanks for this!
