I was absolutlely beside myself a few hours ago and spiraling downward. Broke down and took .5 of Xanax (hate to do that at work) and then found some Kit Kat bars in the break room. Not sure if it was the benzo, the chocolate, or the combination there of, but I'm better now.

Glad to hear it. Personally, I think it was the Kit Kat bar, after all, their slogan is give me a break, and maybe it gave you a break from the spiral. (Maybe I am just biased toward chocolate, idk.)

Wow, I never have cravings for chocolate but a Kit Kat sounds good. Glad you're better.
