I will get my therapy appointment. One cancelled appointment and today half way through the fire alarm went off

She did say one thing that I need to remember. Do not make any major/permanent decisions when your brain is acting irrational.

Hard to do in the moment... Also, she figures that my old medications were not working at all as I continued to spiral downward. Pretty sure that we can trace this last deep depression to my miscarriage in 2011.

Oh man how frustrating! She is right though about not making decisions while your brain is acting irrational....problem is, for me anyway, I don't always know I'm acting irrational! I guess that's when our loved ones come into play but then I don't always listen to them!

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage

I am not sure who was more frustrated my T or me.

I said to her that in the moment how are you supposed to think "oh, this is irrational thinking, don't do it". She admitted that was the hard part.

Thanks for the hugs. I actually went to a baby loss memorial during my day pass. Probably not the best of ideas... but the pdocs knew I was going and didn't say not to... I lasted 20 minutes.
