I am either seriously paranoid or everyone is fricking against me. Just had enough, really I have had it, and just to hell with it all.

there is a long list here
http://forums.psychcentral.com/204661-post11.html
but it was posted in the ptsd forum and some of the suggestions are connected with abuse and dissociating and may be triggering so it's a matter of taking what might work for you and leaving the rest with it
if you don't want to read that one it might be worth googling grounding techniques and seeing if you can find any that might help

Thanks. I have been struggling so much the past few days, feeling so sensitive and paranoid....but then I am having periods of calm, it's so exhausting and have no idea how I am going to feel from one hour to the next so far today. It's so intense....but seriously I feel like everyone fricking hates me and thinks I'm a freak.

No you are not. We all have issues dealing with our emotions, even "normal" people have issues.

I'm feeling about like you. Treasure those moments of calm. They don't seem to last long. Hope you feel better. Unfortunately that's all I can say. <3
