for some reason I get so lonely at night...it comes on in bouts and the last few days it has started up again.

i'd go into chat but i'm just so tired, and probably shouldn't stay up too much later anyway.

it sounds crazy, but I just want someone to hold my hand until I fall asleep... that would be amazing..., and would help my mind and soul to rest.

This is how I feel when my boyfriend isn't over. I used to have my son sleep in bed with me just so I could feel less alone.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. It pretty much is one of the crappiest feelings ever.

I feel the same way every night. I get so restless and don't want to be alone. Do you have any pets you can cuddle? Maybe a stuffed animal? I come on here a lot and read, and I watch a lot of TV. I hope we can find something that works!

i have two huge dogs. i've never been an animal person, but my mom got me my dog Luke after my breakup and we've bonded pretty well. they make it a lot better, but i can't help but feel that hand so empty.

hugssssssss

I also use a dog or two, body pillow and anybody who will hug me when I need a hug. I have explained to b/f's kids that sometimes I just need a hug. I think it has helped us all a little just giving an unexpected hug....Yeah....the little things....
