Hello, can people be triggers? Ive had to move in with my mother, I have never got on with her. Just 5 minutes with her makes me crazy beyond crazy. Living with her makes every day a bad day. I cant stand the women, just sitting next to her makes me so angry. My history with my mother is colourful and not pleasant. Does/has anyone ever felt the same?

Cheers.

Yes, my mother-in-law is a trigger for me. Even hearing her name can set me off. Hopefully you will be able to move soon.

Most of my triggers are people...almost anything certain people say to me can make me go over it round and round in my head. Lots of times I avoid leaving the house because I KNOW something will upset my whole day. Unfortunately, I have to work so I can't completely recluse myself . Sorry for the negativity, but I have been pretty depressed. I hate winter and it has been SO cold and SO long and slow passing here in the northeast. I am DYING for spring.

Yes, my mother and my children's father are both big triggers. Random people can often trigger me as well, but not as bad as the main two.
