I've been off my meds for about 3 weeks..not by choice. I kept throwing them up and couldnt keep them down. I was feeling fine and havent had any outbursts or episodes until last night. everything came to a boiling point. I was so sad, upset, depressed, and feeling hopeless. my life is really stressful right now because of ongoing medical problems, bills, and work. I'm out of my xanax but still have all my other psych meds. I took my lamictol and geodon last night. I dont feel any better. I cried last night for 3+ hours. How long should it take before my meds will take effect? I want to start feeling better again...

sorry you are feeling this way maybe you need them to be put transfusion or in a shot. maybe you could go to the hospital they can do that for you, just explain your situation.
