I'm so tired. Tired of trying so hard to be just a little bit social. It is so hard and takes so much energy. I just want to close down, take a very long time-out. My mind & emotions & body are all screaming at me to STOP, STOP, STOP. Just go easy on yourself. You don't have to do anything. Just stop if that's what your mind and body are telling you to do. I just feel like such a failure.

sounds like you are just mentally and physically tired. It seems REASONABLE to me.

Maybe you just need more rest.

Your not a failure even if you feel like it..just take baby steps and if that's all you can do then do be it. Accept things for how they are. Be easy on yr self and breathe. Hugs
