Hi everyone,
Well, I got diagnosed with BPD today. 8/9 of the criteria. I actually feel hopeful. Though it's a scary diagnosis and not one I am going to be broadcasting, it makes sense. So I guess a new journey to healing now begins.

At least there is hope today for treatment of BPD. When I was diagnosed in the dark ages of BPD there was no real treatment except to overmedicate. Now there is Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mentalization and other therapies. Hope your road is a good one.
