does anybody know how to make an official complaint about your cc ? been waiting an hour and half for her to turn up for visit as arranged by us two weeks ago , bearing in mind that i have abandonment issues and often feel people dont care was getting quite upset about the no show , text hubby who rang mht ,turns out she has gone on leave !!! so now i am seriously wound up and disbelieving , think this says it all about mh care or am i just overreacting honest opinions and advice please

It's wrong that no one told you. You are definitely allowed to be upset.

Just make sure it's for the right reasons. This isn't because of you. They made the mistake.

Don't be too mad at them either, perhaps it was an honest mistake. Although some sort of complaint might be warranted. Maybe make them pay better attention.

Make a formal complaint to the patient advice and liaison service (PALS) - their number should be available through your CMHT.
