I don't want to say too much because i'm so paranoid someone will know who i am(another issue of mine) but does anyone feel like they been treated unfairly by therapist/doctor because of your diagnosis. I mean they tell you, try to get u on proper meds, tell you u have to do this kind of therapy...all like it's a quick fix for them, while you're still trying to take it all in. Especially when there is other issues involved and they don't seem to have any concern for your feelings. Am i wrong?? WTF! I'm not in therapy as of now...they scared me out of it and it's something i want 100%.

Often... unfortunately we have high expectations of those who we view as responsible for our care in some way.

I tend to blame myself for not participating enough... but so far, therapy for me just seems to have been all over the place without a real path. I am hoping having someone experienced with BPD might change things for me.

I am scared of my therapist too lol (It's not funny, or rather I shouldn't be laughing, but I swear it makes me feel better when I do). She is pretty scary.
