...but it bothers me that I want to tell my T about all the positive stuff I have accomplished. Why do I need him to hear that? Can't it wait until I see him again? OK I really need to step away from here and do something else.

Haha. I'm back. Just made oatmeal for my husband and me. I don't have any plans for today except enjoy time away from work but... I did make a plan for tomorrow. My friend and I are going to this place called Shark Valley to bicycle and look at the wildlife in the Everglades. 😊

That sounds awesome! Connecting to wildlife/nature is very important. We're part of it of course and often are far too removed from it. Don't worry about being here often or not - this place is about helping/supporting people. We like and appreciate you

call your t with the pretext of wishing him a great 4th of july and then tell your things. or at least text him. i know i do that with mine.
