spiraled down the rabbit hole once more,

ive been back on my meds for about a month now,
but instead of the typical side effects,

diarrhea, vomiting type side effects,

i just keep seeming to get sadder and sadder.

ive had a lot happen to me in the last month or so,
but nothing has ever made me feel as sad as these meds do,

someone help?

sounds like the meds aren't the right ones for you. contact your pdoc and let them know what is going on so they can change them for you. take care.

Besides the advice that kaliope gave about talking to your doctor (which is what you should do ASAP), what kind of medication are you on? I had that type of reaction when a doc at the walk in clinic added Celexa to my list of meds. Made me feel great for the first week or so, but then I spiraled into the deepest and darkest depression I have ever been in. Fortunately I somehow forced myself to get to the hospital before I took action on my thoughts and my therapist talked to my actual doc and I was taken off the Celexa... a week or so later I was back to my "normal" (heh) self.

But again, talking to your doc is the most important thing.

If you just need someone to talk to in the meantime... I'm here as well. I don't really have anyone to talk to either.

I have a med I go back to when I feel things aren't working. Are those your usual meds?

i would see about getting off those particular meds, if you are a nature person( like the outdoors) a walk in the park usually helps me or i''ll go down by the river and enjoy the beautiful water..it helps when i'm feeling down

I had my regular med quit on me when the things that happened to me were so sad. Hope you are ok Best try something new if they arent working though.... I wish I could recommend this with more faith, but after I left my regular meds, and got on one which worked well but had bad side effects I haven't been well since

Maybe I should try to go for walks too... moving downtown, and I may like walking around the city in the sun.
