Does anyone use an app to journal and track moods? What do you recommend? What I have found either tracks depression or anxiety, but not both.

Optimism Online is an extremely good app. You can access it directly through the internet or by using the Optimism App. It is highly customizable for whatever you personally want to track. And free.

Thanks for all the suggestions. For my purposes the best I can find is T2 Mood Tracker. No journal but I really need to track my mood.
