currently on holiday,in fact i woke up in Madrid this morn,had lunch in uk and have now just got into bed in Rome !! It has got me stressed and anxious and upset ,h is soooo hard to travel with too an think in getting a cold ,feel so crap an cant calm down feel guilty that in on holiday an on here moaning ! Want to si but cant ,need thoughts,advice please.

Hi MoodyCow, well complaining is okay. Just hope you take some joy breaks! Stay away from carbos and wine if possible until you start to feel better. I went to a tropical island looking for sunshine, but it only brought me closer to facing down myself and the parts I didn't like so much. Hope you have a good trip.
