Hello and good evening from London, UK. Just try and relax and go with the flow. You're there to be safe and looked after and a chance to re~charge your batteries. I do understand as I've been ''in~patient'' a number of times. Being in the Psych ward help me a great deal and I made some friends who I could share a lot with. Please do let us know how you have been doing, good or otherwise, we're all interested. HUGS.
