Does anyone else struggle to know the difference between whether they are feeling intense anger or its anxiety?
Sometimes is stressful situations I'm not sure if I just in complete rage or i'm having an anxiety attack...
I know the reasons behind me what I am feeling buy the physical and mental affects seem to be the same

Anger, anxiety, panic, or just "overwhelmed" in general.

Honestly I do not think it would be a stretch for me to say that I have NO IDEA what my emotions are most of the time. I mean unless I am laughing hard - I have no idea.

the difficult part of it is tht sometimes one triggers the other or vice versa and sometimes they occur seemingly simultaneously.

Hey, to be honest, I think they're so closely related and can easily co-occur or coincide, that it's not always possible to differentiate.

Anxiety can easily lead to anger, and vice-versa. More interestingly, you could be both anxious and angry at the same time - road rage, for instance - you piss someone off, and they're actually willing to take up the challenge, and now they're on the offensive and you don't know what to do. You're scared (or anxious) about them doing something dangerous to you, but you're also pissed off at them for being an a-hole. This is me, anyway.

I think my own anger makes me anxious as well. I am scared of my own anger!

I saw a post on Tumblr the other day, which basically explained two different types of anger. One is "wet anger", when your reaction is to cry, and "dry anger", where your reaction is to yell, break things, etc.

At least with me, anger can manifest itself alongside extreme sadness or extreme irritation, so the above differentiation is something I can relate to. I've been anxious and angry at the same time, it just doesn't happen a lot.

My anxiety makes me want to go into a crying rage. My body shakes, butter fly stomach and chest, Shaky, and a feeling of deep sadness surfacing.
My anger makes me do things to my self I shouldn't do, and just feel damn rage. Anger makes me want to explode and blow up the world
