I wasn't feeling well today, anxiety was high but I went to an event anyway....
The event was "the baby loss memorial", a day for me to remember my little one who I didn't get to give birth to. It was really hard and I was crying a lot.

I am feeling guilty about it though, in some ways I am glad my baby died as dealing with my 9 year old (with ADHD ASD Anxiety...) is draining me and i am unsure how I would deal with another kid

I am sorry you feel this way you shouldnt feel guilty for thinking something a thought is just a thought it doesnt reflect your character.
Thanks for this!

That's a pretty serious event... You must be emotionally drained! Don't let yourself go bullying you though, I don't think you feel anything someone else in your shoes would not have also.

Thanks everyone. I bounced back to normal the next day. I do feel really drained lately.

I actually am in recovery, just a bad day now and then.... although my anxiety is still bad.
