The C-PTSD part of me has ramped up again. And my Pdoc upped my Abilify in an effort to calm that down.

My Mom came back home the end of April after a 4-month hospital and skilled rehab stay. She went back into the hospital this past weekend and I brought her back home early this morning.

Last week, my Dad called me to tell me he has a new diagnosis of malignant neck cancer of unknown origin.

Last week, I also had a physical that SSDI set up for my SSDI application.

And if that weren't enough, I've taken on a contracting project of writing a business plan for a local business looking to expand and seeking funding.

I know I'm whining. Just could use a few cyber hugs. Thanks!

hi seeker
i can see why your ptsd is acting up. that is certainly a lot of stressors to trigger it. even though i feel my ptsd has been long under control, it seems whenever something "bad" happens, boom, it is right back causing chaos in my life. so i have no problems sending you bunches of hugs.

Hi Hooligan,

I'm doing a bit better. And there's a new development of a good kind. A guy from my past has taken Facebook friendship to a new level. Even though it's good, it's also a whole new ball of stressors! Lol

At least it is something good to look forward to.

Thanks for asking. How are you?

I want your "smile in 5...4...3...2...1" thingy!

Oh man...I'm really sorry to hear this. Why is it that it seems so much gets heaped on our plates all at once? (I know that isn't reality, it just feels that way sometimes).

I understand that feeling of needing a cyber hug completely.
