Hi, I have been off this site for sometime. I am back b/c to put it bluntly I am terribly alone and have a hard time reaching out to anyone physically. I do not have too many people I can reach out to, yet even those I could reach out to I do not b/c of the intensity of my issues. I have lost friends b/c of my bpd behaviors and am wary of saying much to anyone, not that I even seem to know what is okay and what isnt. Beginning in June my bf of ten years dumped me and took my dog. I had to move out of my apt that I loved, put my stuff in storage, and move to my parents house at age 45. I am on disability and feel like such a loser. I am waiting for a dbt therapist to screen my intake and call me back. I hope she does. I know no one is going to save me but me and I have to be my own best friend. I do not even know me or where to start. I have suffered a huge amount of loss and am grieving in waves. Thanks for listening. FC

I'm sorry that you're going through so much all at the same time ((FacingChains)).

You've had significant life events that are pretty hard to get through but I'm really glad that you're reaching out here for support. We're all here to listen.

I can't even imagine what it must feel like moving back in with your parents. I hope for you that you are able to find some "independent time" away from them ... through some means of activity that may see you have some free time to give you some quiete time or breathing space when you need it.

I hope that the dbt comes through from you because support is probably going to be really beneficial for you moving forward.

And we're always here to listen
