Once you split someone 'black', a family member, significant other, or otherwise, do you ever split them 'white' again. I've been split black by my girlfriend of one year, perhaps ex-girlfriend, no contact for two weeks because I said we both needed therapy. She left the relationship a few days before our first anniversary.

I'm resigned to the fact I won't hear from her again, I certainly don't want to make matters worse, so I am respecting the no contact. From your own experience, what are the chances I hear from her again, or am split 'white'?

Thank you.

I don't split as extremely as some do. That said, disrespect and invalidation will do it.
