1. The belief that others can control how you feel.
2. The belief that others can control how you think.
3. The belief that others can control what actions you take.
4. Feeling offended by small-talk questions, like: have you gained weight? or, what are you doing professionally?

The first 3 are not to my knowledge symptoms of BPD. The last one may be but don't we all get offended if someone said you have gained weight. Like I say this is only my opinion, you need to see your physician about this. Best wishes

Ditto with what Pierro said. Sometimes I feel "controlled" or like people are trying to "control" me but not in a paranoid sense.
