Diagnosed with PBD.

I AM HAPPY TO KNOW I BELONG HERE, IT MAKES ALL SENSE NOW.

I KNEW, I KNEW I HAD IT.

I belong, i exist, i'm one of you/US.

I'm happy.

Normal reaction?

I'm glad that you know what's going on in your head. I also felt relieved when I knew my dx.

Acceptance is the first step. Then I realized there's no cure for me so I don't care anymore, in a positive way.
Now I'm even proud of my weirdness.

Cheers!
