Seroquel? (Quetiapine in the UK) ..Has anyone else been prescribed this and does it help?

My son took it for his adhd but it did not help, did increase his appetite tonnes!

I've taken it a few times in the last couple of years. Currently on 50mg 3x a day. I think it's helped somewhat with anxiety and is helping me sleep (perhaps a bit too much). But it is making me super hungry all the time now and I'm noticing that I keep gaining weight... Gonna have to change my habits I think if I want to stay the size I am now. I take it with an anti depressant too although I'm not sure that is doing anything to help.

I was on it but stopped taking it, Didn't agree with me. but I know loads that do take it and they say it has worked for them.
