I don't know if this is somehow related to my BPD but I have lost stable relationships because of how I react to the things my friends do. It's like every single thing they do affects me. I don't know why but I find it really hard to maintain good relationships with my friends

Any advice?

Hello _pixel: Difficulty with maintaining relationships certainly is a problem people with BPD encounter. Below is a link to a recent article on this subject. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy seems to be the therapy of choice for treating BPD.

Thanks for this!
