Lately I've been experiencing a lot of feelings of unreality. I'm so stressed and stuck in my head. Even yesterday's memories seem like they didn't really happen. I've been trying to pull myself back down by drawing, going thrift shopping, petting my cat, and anything that engages me with the real world...but I don't feel entirely present and it's making it hard to concentrate on anything. What do you do to pull yourself out of this state?

I don't have any solutions, this still happens to me regularly. I sympathize though.
