I don't think I can do it. This is day 2 without cigarettes and I'm a mess. I can't help but think that cigarettes aren't even as bad as all the other things I've abused over the years. Is it so bad to have this one vice?

Wow that's great you've made it two days! I'm a smoker and I don't have the desire to quit yet but one day I hope I do. Good job!

All those days will add up, though. I quit a year ago and it's been much easier to breathe.

I decided to quit smoking 15 days ago because I want to save money for something more important. I have to eat well to feel satisfied; maybe get some throat drops or candy to suck on. For me, it was a decision of my will and gets easier to stop thinking about wanting to smoke as each day passes. Good luck! help
