I had a dr appt today, and my dr told me that he thinks I could have ADHD, bipolar and/or bpd. I had never really known anything about bpd before but after looking up the symptoms, so much of it fits me. Especially unstable emotions and reactions to people and the anger.
I feel like I'm just so messed up and that there's so much wrong with me I'll never be happy. Nobody is gonna want to be with me but even worse I find is that I can't date someone for more than a few weeks without my thoughts changing about them.

I'm so sorry that you are going through all this . and being told that you might have this or that diagnosis is very unsettling. What is your doctor going to do to help you find the right diagnosis so you can take the next step if getting help for which ever disorder you have ?

I would ask to get an assessment done so you know for sure if you have BPD or not. If you do, DBT works wonders! It helped me recover.
