Hello!
So I met a psychologist to begin treatment for BPD for the first time. They said I will get schema therapy in a group but no individual therapy. I am concerned it's not enough, I was hoping to get some individual therapy as well, feel I'm in a very though spot right now right after being diagnosed and that I really need to talk to someone on my own as well ![]() Has anyone experience that group therapy is enough to treat BPD? ![]() Should I fight for getting individual therapy as well? |

I started off in group therapy then I started individual therapy. I didn't like group therapy but everyone is different. Give it a try like technigal says, You never know you might like it.
