I am trying to find help to assist with the counseling that I am already in. I can only afford twice a month. I am looking at other options to help me cope and heal, and found an online course with Debbie Corso. The one thing keeping me back is, of course, the cost!

Has anyone ever tried the Debbie Corso online course in DBT? If so, is it worth the cost? Is there anything that has worked for you, to help regulate emotions and become a better person?

Thanks!
