sorry...

i dunno why i made this thread...

im just a bit angry because my NP keep trying to say bipolar and treat me for bipolar even though i've tried to talk to her about other things... and told her what the therapist said and stuff...

its really frustrating because the medications dont do anything but cause other side effects that aggravate other symptoms that cause more hell....

and im like i just dont know what to do anymore...

im just going to get back on the old medication and try to learn coping skills because apparently thats the only thing that will help...

all of this has just really depressed me...

but i'll be fine... i dont really have a choice, there is no where else to go
i dont think i can get any lower, i think this is as far down as i can go...
think i am scraping the bottom...
