How to transform all the ugliness?

Ugly words and actions from abusers

Ugly self accusations... inner critic attacking us..

How to give self the gentleness we always deserved?

These are all good questions...I think it's possible. To see ourselves from a place of love. But maybe it implies that we should start seeing the love also in others, in everyone. Usually this is how it looks like when I am in that place of self love, or when I used to be...

And I think it involves forgiveness as well. But often there is a lot of anger that needs to be felt and accepted.
I've been rushing towards trying to forgive everyone and see only beauty and love but it's not working if we deny the anger, the pain. We need to accept that and be at peace, somehow with it.
