Has anyone ever tracked their moods throughout the day? I decided to track mine, and in the last eight hours my mood has switched between good and bad eight times. This is really illuminating for me because when I'm in a mood, I have a hard time imagining that I ever feel differently. Maybe tracking my moods like this will give me some objectivity and help me identify my feelings so I can address them properly. I hope.

That sounds like a good thing for me to try and maybe it would get me some insight to think about what is causing the switches in mood too. I am so easily triggered with my emotions and it is so hard to always be aware of what is going on as it happens so instantly. I really hope it does help you to address them.
