I am hoping to get some advice from everyone, I have Bipolar 1 with Psycotic Features or Scitzoeffective, I dont know if the doctors are for sure which one it is, I also have Bpd and Ptsd, I have so many mood swings in a day that I dont know if I am coming or going, I can be so nice and sweet but my anger can come on like a raging storm and I flip out on people quickly, And I feel horrible about it afterwards, Why do I become so angry and it goes away fast also, What is wrong with me, I dont understand alot of this or myself and I cant find a therapist

I'm sorry I don't have much advice to give, other than that lamictal has been really helpful for my depression/mood swings. Do you have insurance and can't find a good therapist nearby, or no insurance?
