hi all, its been a few months since i have been on here and my symptoms are now getting worse i have missed 3 appointments with my therapist and havent been leaving the house or wanting to shower,
change clothes or anything... i have an appointment with therapist tomorrow and hopefully that will help turn me around..
how has everyone been?
