Has anyone had TMS? If so, please share your experience with it, good bad or in between. I am considering it and I feel like the doctor was trying to sell me on the idea. He even said, “I’m not a used car salesman.”
So let me know if you have had even one treatment. Thank you.

I've been wondering about this myself so thanks for asking the question!

I will say that my paychiatrist suggested it to me but my psychologist (who specializes in BPD) said she usually only suggests it to people who can't even get out of bed to function.

I had it for quite a few sessions. It felt like a woodpecker on my head. It didn't seem to help my treatment-resistant depression or OCD. With some evidence-based protocol changes, though, I'd still say it's worth a try.

How many sessions have you had? From what I've read, the diagnosis also changes the number of sessions so I'm curious.

I don't remember exactly, but probably between 25-35.
