I am on my way out of my new job. Everyone is preaching about my trouble with communication skills. I am going back to review my DBT skills and hold on for dear life.

I cant be honest about my disorder because i have seen what happens and employees leave fast. Before anyone says but there are laws yea employers can find all kinds of other excuses to get rid of a person (been there done that) and they make your work life HELL until you quit. Then look at you like "y r u leaving" i am almost done with work - fix house, pay off house, get teeth fixed, have some plastic surgery and i am out. Hopefully 2 years at the most. It has been a very very long struggle. One i would wish on no one.
