I have called the suicide hotline numerous times trying to calm myself down from self harm, and they can't calm you down you just want to get seriously angry because of your pain. I truly don't know how to accept it anymore. Its like a friend who's Grace has run out and your left all alone. I am going to scream and rage like the frickin hulk

I had a similar issue, but it was the suicide hotline chat room. I spent 2 hrs talking with them about what the problem was and at the end of the conversation I asked them if I should goto the ER and their response was uhhh well if you can stay safe then no. My response was idk that’s why I opened upto them. SMDH well that was back in 2015 but I’ll never open upto them again.
