Hello, I m Natsha and I m 26 ... I m having a schizoaffective disorder with Borderline Personality Disorder. I keep listening to others thought about me. Am I having a delusion or its true that they were talking about me? One more, recently I m in relationship with someone. So, does this relationship will be working on me? Does it true by having relationship with someone can cure you?.

relationships can't "cure"you. it's a distraction for some people to have someone to talk to, or someone to love, and it might make you feel better, but it isn't for everyone and it's not a total cure.

what I like doing is splitting up my day- watch tv for a bit, music for a bit, internet for a bit, gets depressing if you have a lot of free time (like I do) and are constantly doing the same thing. what do you do?. do you work or study? (or have stuff to fill your time)

what about getting a pet. pets can really help with mental health (a cat or a dog, or some other furry friend)

journaling
Thanks for this!

looking after yourself.

exercise (if you're in to that sort of thing), or even just basic daily hygiene

eating and drinking well
Thanks for this!
