Hello, I m Natsha and I m 26 ... I m having a schizoaffective disorder with Borderline Personality Disorder. I keep listening to others thought about me. Am I having a delusion or its true that they were talking about me? One more, recently I m in relationship with someone. So, does this relationship will be working on me? Does it true by having relationship with someone can cure you?.

relationships can't "cure"you. it's a distraction for some people to have someone to talk to, or someone to love, and it might make you feel better, but it isn't for everyone and it's not a total cure.
what I like doing is splitting up my day- watch tv for a bit, music for a bit, internet for a bit, gets depressing if you have a lot of free time (like I do) and are constantly doing the same thing. what do you do?. do you work or study? (or have stuff to fill your time) what about getting a pet. pets can really help with mental health (a cat or a dog, or some other furry friend) journaling |

looking after yourself.
exercise (if you're in to that sort of thing), or even just basic daily hygiene eating and drinking well |
