Yesterday I had the best day with my boyfriend, I felt so much love towards him and couldn’t be close enough to him.

Today I feel distant and can barely speak to him, and I feel as thought I hate him.

I’m so tired of feeling this way, and of the ups and downs. I was doing ok until I got into a relationship. It makes me wonder if it’s ever going to be possible for me to have a normal relationship without feeling these intense irrational emotions. He told me recently he can’t take much more of the mood swings, he said I read so much into what he says and he can’t seem to say anything right. I hate being like this, I feel so low.
